Following the Dodgers and Exploring The Team’s Past

The Dodgers took a loss in the series’ rubber match with the Brewers before they head straight into another series today with the Braves.
Jason Schmidt took the loss, giving up four runs on five hits. He was chased with two outs in the fourth and the bases loaded, and James McDonald came on and allowed two to score, both runs tagged to Schmidt.
The only offense the Dodgers really had was a leadoff solo homerun by Rafael Furcal in the first. Otherwise, Brewers’ starter Braden Looper shut the Dodgers down, as they had just four hits after that homerun.
The Dodgers head right into another home series, with Randy Wolf taking the mound to face Derek Lowe. Lowe beat his former team the Dodgers last Saturday. Wolf took a loss against the Braves last weekend, and remains a winless 0-5 against the Braves since 2004.
