May 13, 1988 at Dodger Stadium
Phillies 2, Dodgers 1  (19-12)

For the first time this season, the Dodgers accumulated a three game losing streak as Tim Leary had another hard luck start.  He fell to 2-3 and he gave up two runs on eight hits with five strikeouts in six innings.

Mike Marshall drove in the lone run for the Dodgers.  He belted his fifth homer in the seventh inning.  Kirk Gibson doubled and that was the only other extra base hit in the contest.
