Dodgers-Marlins Preview

by @ 6:27 pm. Filed under 2008 Dodgers

The Dodgers begin a six game roadtrip starting with the Marlins on Tuesday night at 4:10pm. The Marlins have been somewhat of a surprise so far this season, with a 15-10 record atop the NL East.

The Dodgers look to extend their three game win streak and improve their road record, which stands at 3-8. They will send Derek Lowe to the mound, proving he should be healthy after leaving with tightness in his right elbow in his last outing. Lowe is 5-4 lifetime against the Marlins but was a winless 0-2 last season against them.

The Marlins have LHP Andrew Miller starting, who is 1-2 with a 7.94 ERA in his first year with Florida after being traded from the Tigers in the off season.
