Dem Bums – A Dodgers Blog

Jason Schmidt took it on the chin yesterday in the Dodgers 6-3 loss to the Rockies.  He lasted just four innings and he gave up four runs (three earned) on seven hits with six strikeouts.  Rudy Seanez and Joe Beimel were also tagged for runs in the loss.

Jason Schmidt tried to help out his own cause with a solo homerun but that was only one of the three Dodger runs.  Bret Tomko gets his first start of the season tonight and he’ll face Rodrigo Lopez.
