Kirk Gibson Helps Hit Dodgers to Fourth Straight Win

Dodgers 7, Braves 3  (38-28)

The Dodgers rattled off their fourth straight win and it was Kirk Gibson and John Shelby who got it done at the plate.  Gibson went two for two with a walk, two runs and an RBI.  Shelby went three for four with two RBIs and a run.

Shawn Hillegas picked up the win and he improved to 1-0 and he gave up three runs on ten hits and two walks with six strikeouts in 8 2/3 innings.  Alejandro Pena got the final batter out and he picked up his fifth save of the season.
