The Dodgers suffered a 3-6 loss to the Marlins on Saturday to tie up the series. Eric Milton is remains winless, but earned the no-decision after going four innings, giving up two runs and four walks, including walking in a run. Jeff Weaver came out of the ‘pen and took the loss after giving up a go-ahead two-run homerun in the fifth. Leach, Belisario, and Ohman all relieved, with Belisario giving up two more runs.
The Dodgers got on board with a run in the first, scored by Juan Pierre, who went 3 for 5 and scored all of the Dodger runs. Orlando Hudson also chipped in with a hit and two RBIs.
Clayton Kershaw takes the mound in today’s rubber match and will face John Koronka.
