Following the Dodgers and Exploring The Team’s Past

The Dodgers won 10-2 last night and not only did Randy Wolf have a solid start, but he helped out his own cause with some nice hitting. He improved to 3-1 and he gave up one run on six hits and a walk with ten strikeouts in six solid innings. He also went two for three with two RBIs.
Juan Pierre seems to be hitting out of his slump and he had three hits, three runs and two stolen bases. Jeff Kent went two for four with a run and an RBI while Luis Gonzalez had to hits and two RBIs. Andre Ethier was the lone Dodger to go yard in the game.
Tonight’s game has the red hot Brad Penny taking the mound. He’ll throw against a solid young Pirates starter in Ian Snell.
