by @ 3:48 am. Filed under 1988 Dodgers, 1988 Dodgers Diary - April

April 18, 1988 at Dodger Stadium
Dodgers 6, Padres 0  (9-4)

Tim Leary was awesome in his start as he dealt a three hit shutout against the Padres.  He walked just two hitters and he struck out eleven in an impressive start.

Steve Sax singled twice and drove in two runs in the win.  Leary helped out his own cause with a single and a pair of RBIs while John Shelby singled, drew a walk and scored twice.
